USB WiFi Cards based on the chipset used on this WiFi card are not compiled in with the Raspberry Pi kernel by default, in this case we have an automated script to compile and install drivers/modules required for this chipset.
Once run the script will automatically detect which kernel version is in use and download the applicable kernel source tree to compile and install the modules for the card.
First to get things going you'll need to perform the below commands as root user on your system :
wget --no-check-certificate 'https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1YL8ETL1ueOxR0oxky1piy3VRRCqGkkEq' -O rsi-setup.sh chmod +x rsi-setup.sh ./rsi-setup.sh
Here's the sequence in action :
Note that once the kernel module has been compiled and installed the temporary linux source zip and and uncompressed tree can be removed as this is no longer needed, this can be done easilly re-running the script and using the --clean comand line option.
Updating the kernel via rpi-update will cause the generated wifi module to be removed and will need recompiling via the above steps
